On March 1, 2025, in accordance with the legal obligation, Prima Solutions declared its index on professional equality between women and men.
The Group scored 75/100 points:
– Gender pay gap indicator: 25/40
– Gender pay rise rate indicator: 35/35
– Percentage of female employees receiving a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15
– Indicator number of employees of the under-represented sex in the top 10: 0/10
In order to maintain a high level of professional equality, we are continuing to work on an action plan proposing measures for progress.
